It brings me Meltzer.

It brings me Meltzer flawlessly so I have zero problems with it.

Excellent!

I LOVE IT!!! This is fantastic for podcast management and playback. It is incredibly feature rich and very professional. My favorite app. It had no problem keeping one of my podcasts coming smoothly despite several network and RSS feed changes.

Pretty good podcast app

Mostly like it. The archiving system can get very confusing though, and I am not aware of a way just to see your downloaded podcasts. It would also be nice if the podcasts in the archiving had a history of if/when you listened to it to keep track of things.

Long time user

Handles all my subscriptions and works great.

Great app

Been using this app from the very beginning and if any of you are thinking of getting this I would highly recommend trying it, best rss app out there!

Where did info go ??

This app WAS great but this latest version removed something that I depended on -- There is an info tab that could be clicked on to view notes that the podcast publisher might have included with the podcast, such as who was being interviewed, or timings of when subjects were going to be discussed. REALLY HELPFUL stuff! Except, now its gone ... :-(

Very Good

Love the app, allows for silence skip, easy subscription, playing podcasts at various speeds, and queuing all podcasts automatically so that you can listen to them immediately after finishing the last. Gives the option of downloading or streaming, night mode is awesome, and I havent experienced a major glitch in over 6 months.

Been using for 5 years

Love it , 2 small complaints , the search feature could be better , and the ridiculous 1.5x speed randomly makes the podcast speed up , and its very hard to reset it , why would anyone want it to be slower or faster? Remove this

Excellent Podcast App

Have been using this app for several years. It works very well. Many options. Can customize in ways you like. I like it much better than the app that came with my phone.

What happened?

I love this app, and would recommend it to any podcast junkie. This update came with one huge catastrophic change, however. The amount of storage consumed has increased dramatically, particularly ram during downloads. Basically it is consuming every last available byte.

Great podcast app

No BS with this app. Best podcast app. They recently increased the cap on playback speed, which is cool. Only thing (and it is not a big deal at all) that they could fix is that the album art doesnt change on the main page, just within each episode. This is actually probably a feature, as it makes it easier to find the podcast youre looking for, but sometimes I wish it would change over time. Perhaps they could make it optional? If you like podcasts you should get this app.

The best podcast player, bar none.

Simply the best. All the features I need, and it works reliably. The best podcast player, bar none.

Great app for listening to audio and video podcasts!!

Of all the apps Ive used for listening/watching podcasts RSSRadio7 has been the best! Tons of great features like Silence skip, great sounding 2x listening speed, and remote sounds!

Good download management

It lets you pre-download as many as you want wile you are on wifi - good bulk operations. Easy to delete sound file once youre done to free up space - still remembers your spot if you re-download. Cool stuff!

Best

Easy to navigate and use!

lots of good functionality

Not that easy to use

Great podcast app - I like it

Researched and checked out several freebie versions of some of the more highly regarded podcast apps. For me, this RSSRadio is the clear cut winner. One big reason is that I like listening to old radio shows that often have poor recording quality, and one thing about this app that stands out is the DSP and equalizer presets that give a bit of control over the tone. This makes listening to some poorly recorded shows quite a bit more tolerable. I have though noticed that the EQ doesnt change preset effects until toggling the "compressor" switch, but not a big deal. This app gives you the settings to take as much or as little control over your podcast listening experience as you wish. There are tons of features and settings, and it is well worth taking the time to play around with for a while and get it all figured out to get the most out of it. This is a very sophisticated app that is clearly well thought out, and from my understanding, the developer is also receptive to input from the users. It does pretty much everything that I could want for it to, but if I could make just one change, it would be to give it an actual manually controlled equalizer rather than the EQ presets, since only a few of them have as pronounced an effect as I would like. They are still there though which is much better than the rest of the apps Ive tried, so definitely cant complain. This is without question the best podcast app IMO, and WELL worth the price to remove the ads. Currently I have RSSRadio installed on a 5th gen iPod touch with the latest IOS(9.3+), it works great, and has quickly joined only a handful of apps that I consider "must-have" essentials for getting the most out of the iPod. It receives nothing less than my full recommendation: 5 stars. Great job by the author/developer!

Great app and support

This app works great and the developer was very responsive when I had a couple of questions.

Love it!

I was really annoyed by other podcast apps. RSSRadio has made listening, subscribing and organizing podcasts much more pleasant. A feature that would be nice, is the ability to listen to a sample podcast without needing to subscribe. The app has definitely been improved over time. App crash is now almost zero. Syncing my listening history with my IPhone would be a nice feature. Kudos to RSSRadio.

Terrible podcast player

It has playlists but you cannot play them: it just dumps everything in one spot and plays them in a row based on download order. Playlists are really nothing more than some weird folders that do nothing. You might as well just use the free Podcast App. Headphone and Bluetooth controls dont work either: you have to open the app to skip forward, back or jump to another podcast. Useless.
